They sent me to another CVS that they told me had the prescription without checking if they actually had it. The second CVS didn't have it either. Ended up getting it at a Kroger pharmacy. Big waste of time.
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆May 15, 2019, by Suade AndersonI don’t usually leave bad reviews, but after waiting to speak to pharmacy for over 35 min (not an exaggeration) and being hung up on three times... the rep that picked up was rude and unhelpful... why do they think we’re calling? To talk about the weather? Exactly how busy is CVS at Midnight...? 35 minutes. And if they do happen to be busy at Midnight (not sold on that), then it’s a management problem if someone has to sit on hold for 35 minutes.
