  So I have ordered about three cakes from this Publix all were exactly how asked for them and were available at the time I set. This particular day my husbands birthday I ordered a cake. Let’s just start with calling in I was hung up on one time second time transferred to the wrong dept and was told to hang up and I call again the third Time I finally got someone in the bakery and placed my order. The day I go to pick my cake up my husbands birthday.. they couldn’t find my order. So finally a manager comes and he then tries to find my cupcakes. Stilll no luck so then he asks what he can do for me since he got with the person who took my order and they confirmed that they spoke to me. So after they have ruined my whole event all he did was give me a sheet cake that it looked like a child wrote on half priced and tried to offer my some Christmas cupcakes that I didn’t accept because it wasn’t a Christmas party. I didn’t feel like they cared for the amount of inconvenience they caused and will never be back!!!
