  There were several issues with my experience. First, the embroidery was suppose to be done by Friday and it was not. We were told that Debbie got the flu. Then, we were told that our order didn't indicate that it was needed by Friday. Amber did try to help by having it done Saturday by 1:30. Later on I received a call from Jennifer stating it would not be done at all until Debbie came back which would be sometime the following week. I was disappointed because these blankets were for my daughter's 1st birthday. Since it was late Friday I told them to keep them and just call when they were ready since we had already paid. We got a call on Monday the 12thand we picked up yesterday. The sizing on the font was INCORRECT it should have been 2 inches and it was barely 1. It was my daughter's first and middle on one line and last name on a second line. When I called this morning to express my disappoint I was told by Debbie that with full names it could not be done in a 2 inch unless u did it a different style and cost would be $25. Why didn't she call when she saw the request before doing the blankets and I would have paid the difference. According to Amber she usually calls if there are any problems or questions. During the phone call with Debbie there was moments of dead silence. What should have happened was I should have been called or the other workers she take the requests only Debbie that way she could have told us right off the bat how it had to be done. Customer service and communication on the day I went and my experience was lacking. Ask, ask and ask before u place he order with someone other than Debbie and make a statement to have her call if she needs to.
