  I have not been to the new location but I used to go to the one next to Dollar Tree. The staff was not very professional. Every time I walked in no one would acknowledged me. I understand you are busy with another customer but not one "Hello, we will be right with you" nothing at all. One time I waited almost 30 minutes and no one said anything the entire time until someone became available.

  Customer service rep very helpful and very knowledgeable. She was very patient and so knowledgeable about phone service. So very kind for someone who is so ignorant concerning iPhones.
